Chef Keitha Sheares born Keitha West of Culver City California. Her cooking journey is inspired by her mother’s mom a wonderful cook and mother to 11 children. Also her Dads father who was the head chef at the famous Charcoal House in Toledo, OH.

Keitha received her Hospitality Management degree at The University of Findlay and a Masters in Higher Education from The University of Toledo.

Through her journey the has many skills in the field as well managing corporate companies like TGI Fridays and First Solar.

As of now, Keitha has been Owner and Executive Chef at Hotbox Bistro located in Toledo, OH. The restaurant is know for amazing flavor and flare! The local newspapers have written multiple rave reviews as well as the customers.

Keitha’s first culinary competition was in Chicago at the Culinary Fight Club against 4 local chefs in which she took home the people’s choice favorite!
